Eccovi un altra collabo di Vans per Supreme NYC. Questa uscita è ispirata alla copertina di un album dei NEW ORDER (ex Joy Division) del 1983, Power, Corruption & Lies appunto. L’immagine ritrae delle rose, omaggio ad un opera dell artista ottocentesco Fantin Latour. Il pattern usato per le sneaker vede infatti una combinazione floreale di rose dai colori tenui e spenti proprio come nella pittura dell’ artista francese. L’uscita di questa capsule è stata prevista per ieri, 7 di marzo, on-line e negli store di NY, LA e LON per chi aveva la fortuna di trovarsi lì. I modelli proposti: Sk8-hi, Chukka ed Era.

Here’s another collaboration with Vans for Supreme NYC. This one is inspired by the album cover of NEW ORDER (ex Joy Division), 1983, Power, Corruption & Lies. The image portrays Rose, a tribute to the work of nineteenth-century artist Fantin Latour. The pattern used for the sneaker sees in fact a combination of floral roses in soft colors and off just like the painting of ‘French artist. The output of this capsule was scheduled for yesterday, March 7, online and in-store in NY, LA and LON for those who had the fortune to be there. The proposed models: Sk8-Hi, Chukka and Era.
