S’ispira al maestro Yuji Yahiro e a suon di tamburi giapponesi diventa la shiatsuka più giovane d’Italia, a 23 anni. Rimane incinta subito dopo e durante l’attesa inizia a ricercare nuovi e antichi rimedi naturali e prodotti di uso quotidiano home-made che sperimenta in prima persona. Detersivi, creme e prodotti beauty realizzati con materie prime naturali, propoli per curare il raffreddore, in tavola la verdura dell’orto e il parto in casa con le ostetriche a domicilio, sono alcuni esempi delle scelte che adotta nella vita. Appende alla porta un fiocco blu ed apre la partita iva lo stesso mese. Il desiderio di raccontare la sua esperienza e il percorso di formazione intrapreso l’hanno portata ad aprire uno studio specializzato in trattamenti e tecniche naturali per il benessere psico-fisico, coinvolgendo nel progetto una rete di professionisti, dall’ostetrica all’omeopata fino all’insegnante di yoga per i bambini. / Inspired by maestro Yuji Yahiro and with the sound of Japanese drums becomes the youngest shiatsuka of Italy, at age 23. She gets pregnant shortly after and during the maternity she begins searching for new and old natural remedies and home-made products for daily use, all experienced firsthand. Detergents, creams and beauty products made from natural raw materials, propolis to treat colds, vegetables from garden in her kitchen and the “home birth” with obstetricians at home are just some of the choices that she takes in life. She hangs a blue bow at the door and she opens the VAT in the same month. The desire to share her experience and the training course undertaken led her to open a studio specializing in natural treatments and techniques for the psycho-physical, involving a network of professionals in her project, from midwife to homeopath until ‘yoga teacher for children.

– la goccia che ha fatto traboccare il tuo vaso… la voglia di autonomia e di far conoscere le pratiche che tratto, insieme al desiderio di far capire a chi mi sta intorno che si può scegliere uno stile di vita che rispetti di più noi stessi, non solo orientato al lavoro ma alla cura delle nostre abitudini quotidiane.
– salto nel vuoto o nel materasso… nel vuoto che poi si è rivelato pieno di opportunità!
– la crisi, opportunità o minaccia… una grande opportunità per tirar fuori il potenziale creativo di tutti noi e per esprimere la bellezza profonda che ognuno ha dentro di sé. Per questo oggi si ritorna al fatto a mano, è un ritorno al naturale e al semplice delle cose.
– presente e passato: il tuo prima e il tuo adesso… al momento sono più consapevole di quello che sento, del mio corpo, delle mie scelte, di quello che voglio e di dove sto andando.
– progetti futuri… si vive giorno per giorno, ma pensare avanti ti motiva a dare di più ogni giorno! vorrei riuscire ad aprire un centro disponibile 24h per le persone che vogliono prendersi cura del proprio corpo e della propria anima. Sono convinta che se ti sposti in un luogo più grande puoi accogliere più persone… quindi aumenterà il lavoro… naturalmente!

– the crisis: opportunity or threat… a great opportunity to bring out the potential creative of all of us and to express the deep beauty that everyone has within himself. For this reason today we return to the hand-made, is a return to nature and the simple things.

– future plans… you live day to day, but think ahead motivates you to write more every day! I’d like to open a center available 24 hours for people who want to take care of their bodies and their souls.
