Mix di culture, il cossidetto “meltin pot”, quello di cui Spike Lee parla spesso nei suo film, l’intreccio di background diversi, afroamericani, italiani, irlandesi, cinesi, vive anche nella scarpa nata dalla sua collaborazione con Jordan Brand, la “Spiz’ike”, un mix di Air Jordan dalla 3 alla 6, 9 e 20, non l’unico prodotto in questi ultimi anni ma sicuramente il più riuscito.
Chiusi in studio per un pomeriggio ci siamo immaginati diverse situazioni a cui le Spiz’ike si potrebbero adattare, un po’ per sancire il fatto che le sneakers si indossano con tutto, un po’ per dare la nostra interpretazione a questa ecletticità che contraddistingue la moda recente e celebrare il mix che le Jordan Spiz’ike sono.
