Sulle antiche tracce di un borgo contadino del ‘700, sorge la Tenuta Santi Giacomo e Filippo, situata in una posizione estremamente privilegiata, che la vede fondare le proprie radici nel cuore del Montefeltro, ma a due passi dalle coste Adriatiche. Da questi meravigliosi e affascinanti casolari del XVIII secolo, ne è nato un complesso turistico rustico, che coniuga l’ospitalità diffusa con le coltivazioni agricole biologiche dell’azienda che lo ospita al suo interno.
On the remains of an old rural hamlet of 1700, the Tenuta Santi Giacomo e Filippo raises, located in a favored position, deeply rooted in the Montefeltro area, but near the Adriatic shores. From these wonderful farmhouses dated back to XVIII century, a touristic complex was created, joining the concept of Albergo Diffuso together with the organic cultivations of the local farm. 
Sei edifici padronali, ristrutturati sapientemente senza andare a “intaccare” la loro struttura originaria o lo stile degli arredi interni. Ciascuno di questi è dedicato a un elemento della natura: i Fiori, le Aromatiche, i Preziosi, le Scuderie, i Frutti Dimenticati e la Limonaia. All’interno di questi edifici vi sono poi diversi appartamenti, ciascuno di essi con una diversa personalità e un diverso carattere, ma tutti sempre nel pieno rispetto della storia e della tradizione.
Six buildings wisely restored without changing their original structure or their internal design. Each of them is dedicated to a natural element: Flowers, the Aromatics, the Precious, the Stables, the forgotten Fruits and the Limonaia (Lemon tree cultivation). Moreover, inside these buildings there are different apartments, each of them with a different personality, but everyone’s always respectful of history and tradition.
I Fiori, un tempo era il locale per la rimessa degli attrezzi, è l’edificio centrale dell’AD dove si trova la Reception, la sala colazioni e la sala meeting, le sue antiche torri venivano utilizzate per essiccare il tabacco. I Preziosi, era l’antica villa padronale del borgo, dominante l’intera vallata, oggi è l’edificio con gli interni più moderni, presenta importanti pezzi di design d’autore. Le Scuderie, come già indica il nome, erano i locali per la rimessa dei cavalli e degli attrezzi, forse è l’edificio più rurale e “povero” di tutti, con un arredamento dal gusto decisamente rustico. I Frutti Dimenticati, sono l’edificio più antico di tutto il complesso, al suo interno presenta ancora l’antico frantoio in cui oggi è ospitata la bottega gastronomica dell’Albergo Diffuso. Infine si conclude con la Limonaia che, affacciandosi verso i calanchi meridionali, offre un panorama da togliere il fiato.
The Flowers, it was once the depot for the farmer’s tools, it is the central building of the AD where there is the Reception, the Breakfast hall and the Meeting room, its ancient towers were used to dry-up tobacco leaves. The Precious, it was the ancient noble house of the hamlet, it dominates the entire valley, today is the most modern building with valuable pieces of interior design. The Stables, as the name points out, they hosted horses and some agricultural tools, it is probably the most simple and rural building of the whole complex, with a certainly rustic furnishing. The Forgotten Fruits is the eldest building, inside there is still the ancient olive mill, in which today there’s the Gastronomy shops of the AD. Finally, there is the Limonaia which looks out to the Southern Calanchi and it offers a panoramic view of stunning beauty.
All’interno della Tenuta non manca anche la cosiddetta bottega gastronomica, denominata anche Ecospaccio, in cui poter acquistare i prodotti biologici dell’azienda agricola locale, ma anche alcuni prodotti cosmetici (si ricorda che l’AD Urbino Resort è anche Spa) e artigianato locale.
Inside the Albergo Diffuso there is the Gastronomic Shop, also know as Ecospaccio, in which guests can buy the organic products of the local farm, but also some cosmetics (the AD Urbino Resort is also Spa) and artisanal items.
