La Biennale di Venezia riserva sempre delle sorprese, sia che si tratti di architettura che di arte. Non avendo avuto ancora modo di saggiare le creatività presentate in questa edizione vi faccio fare un salto all’indietro a quella precedente del 2011 riproponendo un’installazione di Ryoichi Kurokawa dal titolo Octfalls.
L’artista giapponese di sede a Berlino aveva creato, all’interno dell’arsenale, un’esperienza audiovisiva incredibile grazie a delle cascate posizionate sui dei monitor accompagnate con i suoni rilassanti di acqua corrente attraverso le rocce. Sarete stufi di vedere ancora dell’acqua adesso che finalmente c’é il sole ma godetevi questa coinvolgente installazione.

The Venice Biennale always reserves some surprises, whether it is architecture or art. I didn’t have yet the opportunity to test the creativity presented in this edition but I’ll take a step backward to the previous one of 2011 proposing an installation of Ryoichi Kurokawa titled Octfalls. The Japanese artist based in Berlin had created, at the arsenal, an audio-visual experience thanks to the incredible waterfalls located on the monitors accompanied with the soothing sounds of streaming water through the rocks. You will be sad to see more water now that finally there is the sun, but enjoy this engaging installation.
