“Come vorresti il tuo divano?”
In divanoXmanagua il design si fa insieme. 400 ore di co-creazione e più di 600 mani hanno partecipato alla realizzazione di un divano durante sei sessioni di lavoro artigiano. Un progetto di cooperazione capace di unire realtà diverse tra loro, per professione, cultura e provenienza. Ed ecco che i maestri artigiani di Berto Salotti hanno messo a disposizione il loro sapere insieme ai designer di Castello Lagravinese Studio e ancora agli studenti del Corso di Tappezzeria del centro AFOL di Meda con clienti, amici, gente della strada e appassionati. Tutti uniti da un obiettivo comune: creare.
DivanoXmanagua svela i segreti della manifattura, racconta il sapere tramandato e mette in scena il lavoro artigiano, dalla fase progettuale fino alla creazione. Il risultato è un divano dal design moderno pensato per accogliere più persone, con una struttura forte, un’imbottitura morbida, calde tonalità e un soffice cuscino oversize.
Berto Salotti, l’azienda brianzola specializzata nella produzione di divani, dimostra la sua apertura verso nuove modalità di cooperazione e di lavoro, dando il via ad un processo che rafforza la cultura artigiana italiana. In collaborazione con l’associazione Terre Des Hommes sposa una buona causa, contribuendo a finanziare il centro per la formazione di falegnami a Managua in Nicaragua.
“How would you like your sofa?”
In divanoXmanagua design is made together. 400 hours of co-creation and more that 600 hands took part to the realization of a sofa during six session of craftsmanship. A project of cooperation that was able to put together different realities for their job, their culture and their origin. These are the craftsmen by Berto Salotti who helped with their knowledge the designers from Castello Lagravinese Studio and the students of the course of upholstery from the AFOL center in Meda with the participation of customers, friends, street people and lovers, too. They have a common goal that is to create. DivanoXmanagua reveals the secrets of craftsmanship, it tells the handed down knowledge and it shows the craft work, during its design phase till the creation. The result is a sofa with a modern design made for receiving more persons, with a strong structure, a soft padding, hot colors and a soft oversize cushion. Berto Salotti, the company from Brianza specialized in sofas production, shows its opening to new ways of cooperation and working, starting a process that makes the Italian craft culture stronger. In collaboration with the Terre Des Hommes association it assumes a good cause, giving a tribute to the carpenters’ training center in Managua, Nicaragua.
