Peter Non, deve il suo nome alla parola greca petros – pietra, a significare la resistenza e la durevolezza, e non nel senso di negazione, di “non scarpa”, concetto base della casa. La collezione Autunno Inverno si arricchisce di vari modelli uomo/donna/unisex, ma molta attenzione è stata data, oltre che alla forma, ai materiali, sia tramite l’invecchiamento delle pelli, sia usando elementi naturali per la colorazione.
Tra tutti segnaliamo la Organic Transmutation, ottenuta tramite la collaborazione con l’Università di Anhalt, che ha prodotto una pelle attraverso un innovativo e naturale processo di concia che si basa sul rabarbaro. Inoltre la collezione propone la collaborazione con Lucio Vanotti che interpreta la scarpa Peter Non come una seconda pelle, proponendo una calzatura con elastici che vanno a richiamare la forma base del sandalo.
Scarpe più per un abbigliamento casual e dall’utilizzo quotidiano piuttosto che per le grandi occasioni, ma sicuramente molto interessanti per la varietá di modelli e di combinazioni proposte.
