Right in the centre of that sunburnt land that forestalls the popular Salento, Oria gently cuddles the last offshoot of Murge and it directly faces the Salento peninsula and the precious Lecce. Today it is called Albergo Diffuso Borgodioria, it has 32 beds and each rooms has its own personality, unique and different. The different habitations have been completely restored maintaining the original furnitures and architectural style. What makes the difference with the others Alberghi Diffusi is its “diffusion” inside the village, composed by different receptions located inside commercial and artisanal stores of the centre.
Borgodioria is a perfect base for its guests, offering all the comforts to guarantee an authentic experience inside the village. But Oria is also located near some of the most fascinating and precious attractions in Italy, such as Alberobello, Lecce, Santa Maria di Leuca, Otranto, Brinsidi and Matera with its stones which are Unesco World Heritage.
