Patrick Ervell – A californian swedish

0

At first glance, what I have been most impressed and amazed by the Patrick Ervell Spring Summer collection is the presence of quite a number of coats and jackets, nine out of twenty-five, and almost all the other items presented with long-sleeved shirts and / or sweatshirts, singular at least for the current season.

The designer, born of Swedish parents but grew up in northern California, is famous for the use of innovative and unusual materials, such as gold foil, old parachutes, horsehair, and on this occasion he used silk sailcloth, together with the most common cotton, wool and nylon.

The set is a collection of particular shapes, sometimes more modern other more ’60s, and in the lines, sometimes geometric, almost “space”, others soft, giving the opportunity to meet and please a number of people quite heterogeneous.
The classic man will have the opportunity to wear a stylish dress or one more casual with shorts, the trendy can indulge in various jackets and T-shirts, combining them in various combinations, being free to be able to break the mold of traditional or remain firmly anchored.
