Herschel Supply makes 2 different collaborations for the upcoming spirng 2014. The first one with Bad Hills Workshop, creative space based in Vancouver, materials will be the masters, chosen on the basis of aesthetic, functionalilty, innovation and practicality; acid washed denim, full-grain brown leather details, nylon handles, Swiss Riri zipper and EVA shoulder straps to ensure maximum comfort.

The collection of 5 pieces designed by Bad Hills has a more urban look, we have 4 new models: 2 backpacks, Deerfield and Lonsdale, 2 pouches, tote and Alexander Field, ending with the classic Heritage.

For the second collaboration Herschel chooses Kevin Butler’s “Rad Rad Cars With Rad Surfboards.” The Californian artist transmits all the sunshine and beach vibe to this collection, the romance of the old cars and surfboards , memories of a child Butler, has always been considered functional to art, infact now it became his biggest inspiration referring to the series “Rad Cars” with which he became famous.

No doubt that Butler has been inspired by the bags he brought to the beach with him when he was a kid, the adding of his drawings repeated as a texture and stamped on the inner linings, do nothing but enhance this playful and romantic look that distinguishes the collection. Consisting of 13 pieces, this collection as well as backpacks and puches, includes cases of various sizes for surfboards as well as the rack and a beach towel.
