Welcome to the future. Today we introduce to you to authors, because there’s an interesting crowdfunding for a very innovative project wich involves two artists: Linda Cavallini ed Emanuele Tenderini. The project is called Lùmina ( Here the link to submit it) and you can understand its aim right from the cover.
Linda and Emanuele are two big artists. They worked for publisher like Sergio Bonelli, Mondadori, De Agostini, Panini, Hachette… e le francesi Delcourt, Ankama, Les Humanoïdes associés… Cavallini got a style that merges disney line with japanese influence, a “pop surrealism” with count an amount of artists like Alessandro Barbucci, Barbara Canepa, Anna Merli. Tenderini is probably one of the best colour artist in Italy, always trying to research and experiment.
So they wanted to try an innovative project, starting to produce Lùmina. They made it with crowdfunding to take control of the full creative process, from the colour tecnique (hyperflat) to the printing process (hexachrome). Support the project and follow Bobos.it for news about it!
