Sono un amante del giardinaggio d’appartamento, mi ricorda il tempo trascorso a Milano in gioventù ed é una passione che mi sono portato dietro a Barcellona oltre a fare il falegname. Ovviamente il tempo che riesco a dedicargli varia molto in base al mio lavoro ma ogni tanto scovo delle iniziative che mi fanno venire voglia di riprendere il piantatoio in mano come ad esempio Stufa, startup portoghese, che con il loro prodotto consente a chiunque, indipendentemente dalla conoscenza di giardinaggio, di godere l’esperienza di seminare e raccogliere le proprie erbe a casa.
Il kit offre il piacere unico di avere un piccolo giardino di casa e contribuire alla sostenibilità ambientale. Attualmente Stufa offre due kit – “Giardino dello Chef” per piantare Microgreens di senape e Rucola, e “erbe mediterranee” con basilico, prezzemolo e coriandolo, ma dovrebbe estendersi ad altre varietà più presto. Ogni kit dal design accattivante comprende un libro con tutto quello che c’è da sapere per godersi l’esperienza tra cui ricette da 3 cuochi, 2 cartellini in legno riutilizzabili, 2 sacchetti di semi, e circa 1L substrato di origine vegetale.
I am a lover of houseplants gardening, reminds me of the time spent in Milan in his youth and is a passion that I brought back in Barcelona as well as a carpenter.
