Giusto a ridosso delle vacanze natalizie, non c’è meta migliore del Trentino Alto Adige, non solo per i suoi paesaggi innevati, le vallate paradisiache, i cieli limpidi che creano contrasti surreali con il candore della neve. Risalendo la Val di Sole, così chiamata per il suo naturale orientamento che le garantisce per la maggior parte dell’anno un clima ottimale, si giunge a Malé, il capoluogo amministrativo della vallata e la porta d’ingresso ai Parchi dello Stelvio e dell’Adamello Brenta. Ma scendendo ancora più nel dettaglio, all’interno del suo territorio ricco di boschi e torrenti d’acqua particolarmente animati dalla fauna locale, Malé nasconde un vero gioiello del passato: la frazione di Magras. Di origini antichissime, addirittura risalente al periodo pre romano, Magras racchiude in sé tutte le caratteristiche di un borgo cinquecentesco, con opere d’arte di inestimabile valore e un’architettura locale davvero stupefacente.
Passing through the Val di Sole (so called because of its natural orientation that provides a perfect weather all year long), travelers reach Malé, the administrative centre of the valley as well as the entrance door for the Stelvio and Adamello Brenta Natural Parks. But going deeper in details, inside its territory rich of woods and rivers, particularly animated by local animals, Malé hides a real jewel of past time: the small hamlet of Magras. Its ancient origins date back to pre-roman age and it contains all the characteristics of a 16th century hamlet, with artworks of priceless value and an incredible local architecture.
Proprio in questa atmosfera antica e affascinante, l’Albergo Diffuso Conte Ramponi coniuga l’antico con il moderno, riproponendo gli ambienti originali di un tempo, arricchiti però di tutte le più moderne comodità. Una dimora del ‘500, con calde salette in legno decorate finemente, nelle quali gli ospiti possono gustare i piatti della tradizione trentina. Oltre alle camere, Conte Ramponi è conosciuto soprattutto per la qualità del suo ristorante, che propone solamente ingredienti locali a Km Zero, rielaborati dalla maestria dei suoi chef. Tra i piatti principali si hanno così, i canederli al formaggio Puzzone, le lumache ai porcini, le crespelle ai radicchi e le pappardelle alla selvaggina. Tra i dolci invece, primo tra tutti c’è il sorbetto al sambuco, fatto con le infiorescenze della tipica pianta trentina.
In this ancient and fascinating atmosphere, the Albergo Diffuso Conte Ramponi combines an old style with modern facilities, proposing original furnishing. A building of 16th century, characterized by warm wooden rooms, where guests can taste the local cuisine. Besides the rooms of the AD, Conte Ramponi is known also for the quality of its restaurant, that uses only local ingredients, re-elaborated by the prowess of its chefs. Some of the main dishes are: canederli with Puzzone cheese, snails with mushrooms, crespelle with chicory and pasta with hare. About desserts, first of all there is the sambuco sorbet, made with the flowers of this local plant.
Posto all’incrocio di due valli, la Val di Sole e la Val di Rabbi, Magras gode delle attrattive di entrambi i comprensori, sia d’inverno, con gli impianti di risalita di Marilleva, Madonna di Campiglio, Peio e Passo del Tonale, sia d’estate in cui perdersi nelle escursioni all’interno dei due parchi naturali, lasciandosi trasportare dai profumi dei boschi in fiore e dai cieli limpidi e sereni, che illuminano le cime silenziose del Trentino.
Located between the Val di Sole and Val di Rabbi, Magras takes advantage of both attractive, during winter with the Marilleva, Madonna di Campiglio, Peio and Passo del Tonale slopes; during summer when travelers can enjoy beautiful hikes in the two natural parks, being carried away by the smell of blooming woods and the beauty of clear blue sky that illuminates the silent rocks of Trentino.
