WHITE PIZZA WITH POTATOES, GORGONZOLA AND THYME

Ingredients (for 4 persons)

250 gr manitoba flour
250 gr corn flour
4 spoon of olive oil
1 little spoon of yeast
salt
1 teaspoon of sugar
250 dl of water
4 patatoes
300 gr of blue cheese
Fresh thyme

Preparation

Mix the flours, yeast, one teaspoon of sugar, 4 spoon full of oil and 250 deciliter of water in which you have dissolved one teaspoon of salt.

Knead all for 10 minuts, till the dough is elastic. It must rise for an hour. Then roll out the dough and rise it another hour.

Away from others peel the potatoes, cut into wedges and boil them. Stuff the pizza with potatoes, the blue cheese and thyme. Bake it, 220 degree, 15/20 minutes. Bon appétit!
